This stage requires to design an action plan for the case study response. The points to be covered are:

  • an analysis of what is demanded by the client brief, identifying key points and prioritising them
  • the aims of the project including research, development and evaluation
  • timescale for achieving these aims
  • identification of those aspects of the task which require further research
  • identification of the methods of research and sources to be used
  • identification of the most appropriate means of communication for the client.
